Customers at at British sandwich retailer Pret a Manger were surprised to see the Duchess popping in for breakfast. Pret opened in London in 1986. College friends Sinclair and Julian made sandwiches without chemicals, additives or preservatives. Consumer demand for fresh, healthy food has seen Pret become increasingly popular in recent years.

Kate spent some time browsing in upmarket high street brand Ghost (With thanks to Ashley) The brand are known for designing classic pieces and have been feeling the strain of the recession lately. Perhaps 'The Kate Effect' will help sales improve?

Many of you commented on the absence of the Middleton family at the Olympics. The family were reportedly holidaying in Mustique (William and Kate joined the family there in January for a vacation). Last night Pippa attended the Shadow Dancer premiere in London wearing the Alice By Temperly Sweetheart Ruby Dress.
According to Paramount Pictures, Pippa attended because she is a friend of the movie's author Tom Bradby. Interestingly William and Kate specifically asked to be interviewed by Tom for their engagement interview and Kate collaborated with Tom's wife Claudia several years ago designing necklaces. How I wish I could walk the streets of London in Kate's territory!! I just wish people would stop referring to her as Kate Middleton. :(

Pipa's dress is lovely and she has a great figure. I just think her eye makeup isn't good on her and the exaggerated tan. She looks so much older and in some of the pictures she has terrible bags below her eyes... poor Pipa, I feel sorry for her. She get so much scrutiny and not enough perks if you ask me :P I'm sad that after the "gun incident" she hasn't been seen on a daily basis around London. As someone who is obsessed with fashion, I enjoyed looking at her outfits too. Anyway... I do miss Pippa.
I wish we could find out if Kate is upset at being called KATE MIDDLETON. The palace follows protocol but I'm just curious as to how she feels. I wouldn't mind, but I have decided not to take my husband's last name... I also think it is fine in magazines, blogs, and so forth but wouldn't consider it appropriate in person at any event.

I can do wihtout the news on Pippa. I just dont think she's all that attractive and her desperately looking around for the cameras turn me off. She has none of Catherine's looks, grace and elegance.

DeleteI do not care for Pippa either but we have to remember that she did not ask to be in the spot light. She just happens to be the sister of the beautiful future Queen of England. The media is the one we need to blame for all the Pippa pictures and the crap that is written about her.
DeleteI also think that Pippa need's to think about some of the things she does and how it will affect the Dduchess. But it seems she does not think before she does the things she does.
Let just hope Pippa grows up and does things different in the future.
It seems like just being a happy, smiley person will get u branded as desprate. Buy if she never smiled, ppl would call her miserable. Pippa is alittle too tan, imo, but who am I to judge.

Hello, I have looked at various sites for this bag with prices ranging from £144-£995. I don't know how much mulberry retail the bags for themselves but I would suspect the lower priced bags are not genuine. The higher priced ones are sold out on most sites I have looked at such as flannelsfasion.com and cruisefashion.co.uk so these may be genuine mulberry bags but I cannot say for certain but I would rule out the really lower priced ones straight away as they are likely to be fakes :) you could always contact mulberry and ask for stockists if you are interested in buying one they may cost more than these sites you find but at least you would know they are actual mulberry bags :) hope this is helpful :)

I was reading a post on twitter earlier from Clarence house which stated that William, Kate and Harry would be supporting the Paralympics as official ambassadors. I hope this means we will see them in attendance as they were in the Olympics :)
